Hi, I'm Pinney from PINSOA. Let me guide you through this Products page.
Our company has been working on the development of catalysts and plant regulators for over 12 years. Click the button below to learn more about our product: its uses advantages, parameters, and dosage, how to buy, etc.
Product Detail
The pure product is white crystals with a slight odor. The product is a 95%~98% light gray powder, or an 85% wettable powder. The solubility is 10g/100g water (25℃), and the melting point is 157℃~164℃. It has strong stability, and the powder can be stored at room temperature for more than 4 years. After being made into liquid, it must be used on the same day. Daminozide will affect its efficacy when it comes into contact with alkali, and it should not be mixed with other agents (copper preparations, oils) or pesticides.
Daminozide is a plant growth regulator with broad spectrum and applicability. Its function is to prevent cell division, inhibit cell elongation, dwarf seedlings, and improve the drought resistance of peanuts, make many fruit trees bloom early, increase fruit setting rate and prevent fruit drop before harvest, etc. It can inhibit the biosynthesis of indoleacetic acid, increase the chlorophyll content of leaves, increase the rate of root expansion, and promote root expansion.
Functions
1.Daminozide can delay plant vegetative growth, making leaves dark green, small and thick, plants compact and strong, with developed root system, increasing root dry weight and reducing crown-root ratio, which is beneficial to controlling leggy growth or flower bud differentiation.
2.Daminozide can increase crop chlorophyll content, delay chloroplast senescence, slow down growth rate, increase photosynthetic net assimilation rate, increase dry matter accumulation, improve fruit quality, hardness and fruit setting rate, and promote fruit maturity concentration.
3.Daminozide can increase sugar content in plant cells, reduce energy consumption, reduce transpiration, etc., which may be related to the fact that butyrylhydrazide improves plant resistance to adverse environments and helps reduce physiological diseases.
4.Daminozide can promote the biosynthesis of anthocyanins, which is beneficial to improving fruit color and preventing fruit from discoloring during storage.

How to use
Apple: Spray the whole plant once with 1000-2000 mg/L solution three weeks after full bloom, which can inhibit the vigorous growth of new shoots, facilitate fruit setting, and promote fruit coloring; Spray the whole plant once with 2000-4000 mg/L solution 45-60 days before harvest, which can prevent fruit drop before harvest and extend the storage period.
Grape: Spray once with 1000-2000 mg/L solution when the new shoot has 6-7 leaves, which can inhibit the vigorous growth of new shoots and promote fruit setting; soak in 1000-2000 mg/L solution for 3-5 minutes after harvest to prevent grain drop and extend the storage period.
Potato: Spray once with 3000 mg/L solution two weeks after full bloom, which can inhibit the excessive growth of the aboveground part and promote tuber enlargement.
Cherry: Spray once with 2000-4000 mg/L solution two weeks after full bloom to promote coloring, early maturity and uniform fruit. Spray peanuts once with 1000-1500 mg/L solution during the needle-piercing period to dwarf the plants and increase yield.
Pear: Spray once with 1000-2000 mg/L solution two weeks after full bloom and three weeks before harvest to prevent young fruit and fruit drop before harvest.

Characteristics
-Daminozide is a plant growth retardant with bactericidal effect. It has a wide range of applications and can be used as a dwarfing agent, fruit setting agent, rooting agent and preservative.
-The initial effect of Daminozide is to inhibit the synthesis of auxin, the transport of auxin in plants and the biosynthesis of gibberellins.
-Daminozide can be quickly decomposed by microorganisms in the soil.
