The pure product of S-abscisic Acid is a white crystalline powder; melting point: 160~162℃; solubility in water 3~5g/L (20℃), insoluble in petroleum ether and benzene, easily soluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate and chloroform; S-abscisic acid has good stability in dark conditions, but is sensitive to light and is a strong light-decomposable compound.

S-abscisic Acid is widely present in plants and together with gibberellins, auxins, cytokinins and ethylene, constitutes the five major plant endogenous hormones. It is used in crops such as rice, vegetables, flowers, lawns, cotton, Chinese herbal medicines, and fruit trees to improve the growth potential, fruit set rate, and quality of crops in adverse growth environments such as low temperature, drought, spring cold, salinity, pests and diseases, thereby increasing yields and reducing the use of chemical pesticides.

Functions

1.Inhibit plant transpiration, reduce water loss, extend the shelf life of agricultural products and prevent transplanted seedlings from wilting due to water loss.
2.S-abscisic Acid improves the immune function of plants and effectively prevents the occurrence of diseases and pests. Improve the effectiveness of pesticides and fertilizers compounded with it, greatly reduce the use concentration of corresponding agents, improve fertility, and reduce or eliminate the toxic side effects of agents.
3. S-abscisic Acid promotes the rooting ability of cuttings; induces the formation of a large number of lateral roots and root hairs, and enhances the absorption capacity of water and fertilizer.

How to use

After seedlings emerge, dilute S-abscisic Acid 1500~2000 times with water and spray on the seedbed.

2~3d after crop transplanting and 10~15d after transplanting, dilute S-abscisic Acid 1000~1500 times with water and spray on the leaves once.

If it is not applied before crop transplanting, it can be sprayed within 2d after crop transplanting.

After the first seedlings are set in the direct-seeding field, dilute S-abscisic Acid 1000~1500 times with water and spray on the leaves.

During the entire growth period of the crop, this product can be diluted 1000~1500 times with water and sprayed on the leaves according to the growth of the crop, with an interval of 15~20d.

Precautions

(1) Do not mix with alkaline substances.
(2) When mixed with non-alkaline fungicides and insecticides, the efficacy will be greatly improved.
(3) When the plant is weak, the amount of water should be taken to the upper limit.
(4) Re-spray if it rains 6 hours after spraying.
