Functional characteristics of IBA-K

1. After IBA-K becomes potassium salt, its stability is stronger than that of indolebutyric acid and it is completely water-soluble.
2. IBA-K breaks seed dormancy and can also root and strengthen roots.
3. The most used technical product for cuttings and transplanting is IBA-K.
4. IBA-K is the best regulator for rooting and strengthening seedlings in winter when the temperature is low.
Scope of application of IBA-K: Mainly used as rooting agent for cuttings, and can also be used as a synergist for flushing, drip irrigation, and foliar fertilizer.

IBA-K Usage and dosage
1. IBA-K immersion method: Depending on the difficulty of rooting of cuttings, use 50-300ppm to immerse the base of the cuttings for 6-24 hours.
2. IBA-K quick immersion method: Depending on the difficulty of rooting of cuttings, use 500-1000ppm to immerse the base of the cuttings for 5-8 seconds.
3. IBA-K powder dipping method: Mix potassium indolebutyrate with talcum powder and other additives, wet the base of the cuttings, dip in powder, and cut.
Fertilize with 3-6 grams per mu of water, 1.0-1.5 grams for drip irrigation, and 0.05 grams of original medicine mixed with 30 kg of seeds.
