1. Promote germination and rooting
1. Gibberellic Acid GA3 or Compound Sodium Nitrophenolates (Atonik) promotes cucumber seed germination. Soaking cucumber seeds in 150~250mg/L gibberellin solution for 3h or in 1600mg/L sodium nitrophenolate solution for 12h can significantly promote seed germination, improve seed vitality and germination rate.

2. Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) promote rooting of cuttings.
Cut the cucumber 2~3 side vines, quickly dip their base in 2000mg/L Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) or Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) solution for about 5s, and immediately take out the cuttings. When the culture conditions are suitable, roots can be formed into new plants in 11 days.

2. Cultivate strong seedlings
1. Spray the leaves of cucumbers at the 3-5 leaf stage with 1000-2000mg/L butyric acid hydrazide solution, and spray again after 10-15 days to prevent the cucumber seedlings from growing too tall, improve the quality of the seedlings, and cultivate strong seedlings.

2. Use 15-20mg/L Gibberellic Acid GA3 plus 2500g/L urea aqueous solution to irrigate the roots twice, once every 7 days, to improve the phenomenon of flower topping and restore the normal growth of the seedlings.

3. Improve stress resistance
Spraying the stems and leaves with 0.01mg/L Brassinolide (BRs) solution at the cucumber seedling stage can improve the seedlings' ability to resist low temperatures at night (7-10℃), and can advance the flowering period and increase the fruit setting rate. Spraying 30-70mg/L Paclobutrazol (Paclo) solution at the cucumber seedling stage can prevent the seedlings from growing too tall and improve the cucumber's disease resistance and cold resistance.

4. Regulate sex differentiation and control the ratio of male and female flowers
1. When the first true leaf of cucumber seedlings unfolds, spray 250mg/L ethephon solution 2~4 times, once every 3~5 days, which can reduce the node position of female flowers and reduce or even prevent the production of male flowers.
2. When cucumber seedlings have 1~3 true leaves, spraying leaves with 100mg/L Ethephon solution, dripping 50mg/L ethephon on the growth point, and spraying leaves with 10mg/L naphthaleneacetic acid or 500mg/L indoleacetic acid (IAA) can increase the number of female flowers and reduce male flowers.
3. Spraying stems and leaves with 1000mg/L Gibberellic Acid GA3 when cucumber seedlings have 23 leaves can make male flowers appear in the 10th~12th nodes after the plants grow up, thereby achieving the purpose of breeding female lines. In order to make the male and female flowers bloom at the same time during the reproduction of the female line, the plants sprayed with Gibberellic Acid GA3 should be sown 7 to 15 days in advance. The advance time varies according to the season. In principle, it should be sown appropriately early in spring.

5. Prevent fruit drop and increase yield
1. Spray the flowers with a mixed solution of 35mg/L 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid and 12mg/L Gibberellic Acid GA3 during the flowering period to promote fruit growth and prevent fruit drop.
2. 1 to 2 days after the female flowers bloom, spray the young melons with a concentration of 100~200mg/L 4-chlorophenoxy)acetic acid solution to promote fruit growth and prevent fruit drop.
3. Spray the ovary stigma of the female flowers with a 50~100mg/L 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA) solution before and after the cucumber blooms to prevent fruit drop.
4. Spray the flowers with 70~80mg/L Gibberellic Acid GA3 once during the flowering period to promote fruit setting and increase yield.

5. Use 0.1~0.5mg/L Triacontanol solution to irrigate the roots once in the seedling stage, spray the leaves once in the early flowering stage, or apply 0.05mg/L Triacontanol solution to the young fruit stalks to increase the yield of cucumbers.
6. When the cucumber has 3~4 true leaves, spray the leaves with 150mg/L Ethephon, and spray again after 7 days; from the early flowering stage, spray the leaves with 0.3mg/L Triacontanol every 10 days, and treat it 3 times in a row to increase the fruit setting rate and yield.
7. During the flowering or fruiting period of cucumbers, spray the plants with 100~200mg/L Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) solution 1~2 times, with an interval of 7~10 days, which can promote fruit setting and increase yield.

8. When the cucumber has 14~15 true leaves, spray the plants with 20~100mg/L Chlormequat Chloride (CCC) solution to increase yield.
9. Soaking seeds with 0.05~0.5mg/L 2,4Brassinolide (BRs) solution, or spraying the leaves of seedlings with 0.1mg/L solution, can increase cucumber yield.
10. Spraying the leaves with 6000~8000 times of 1.4% Compound Sodium Nitrophenolates (Atonik) solution in the middle growth period of cucumber can promote fruit setting and increase cucumber yield.

6. Prolonging the storage period
6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA) or 2,4D treatment can prolong the storage period of cucumber. After the cucumber is harvested, spraying the fruit with 10~30mg/L 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA) solution, 10~20mg/L 2,4D solution or 10~30mg/L Gibberellic Acid GA3 solution can keep the fruit green and prolong the storage time.
