1. Promote the rooting of cherry rootstock tenderwood cuttings

Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA)
Treat cherry rootstock with 100mg/L of Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), and the rooting rate of rootstock tenderwood cuttings reaches 88.3%, and the rooting time of cuttings is advanced or shortened.

2. Improve the branching ability of cherry
Gibberellic Acid GA3 (1.8%) + 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA) (1.8%)
When the buds just begin to sprout (around April 30), the cherry plants are budded and smeared with a preparation of Gibberellic Acid GA3 (1.8%) + 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA) (1.8%) + inert substances 1000mg/L, which can well promote the branching of cherries.

3. Inhibit vigorous growth
Paclobutrazol (Paclo)
When the new shoots are up to 50cm, spray the leaves with 400 times the 15% Paclobutrazol (Paclo) wettable powder; apply to the soil after the leaves fall in autumn and before the buds sprout in spring. When applying to the soil, calculate the effective ingredient: 0.8g per 1m2, which can inhibit vigorous growth, promote flower bud differentiation, increase fruit setting rate, increase resistance, and improve yield and quality. You can also spray the leaves with 200mg/L of Paclobutrazol (Paclo) solution after the flowers fall, which will significantly increase the number of short fruit branches with flower buds.

Daminozide
Use daminozide 500~3000mg/L solution to spray the crown once every 10 days from 15~17d after the full bloom, and spray 3 times continuously, which can significantly promote flower bud differentiation.

Daminozide+Ethephon
When the branches grow to 45~65cm long, spraying 1500mg/L of daminozide+500mg/L of Ethephon on the buds has a good dwarfing effect.

4. Improve cherry fruit setting rate and promote fruit growth
Gibberellic Acid GA3
Spraying Gibberellic Acid (GA3) 20~40mg/L solution during the flowering period, or spraying Gibberellic Acid (GA3) 10mg/L solution 10d after flowering can increase the fruit setting rate of big cherries; spraying Gibberellic Acid (GA3) 10mg/L solution on the fruit 20~22d before harvest can significantly increase the cherry fruit weight.

Daminozide
Spraying 1500g of Daminozide per hectare on sour cherry varieties 8d after flowering can promote fruit enlargement. Applying 0.8~1.6g (active ingredient) of Paclobutrazol per plant in March can increase the single fruit weight of sweet cherries.

DA-6 (Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate)
Spraying 8~15mg/L of DA-6 (Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate) once at the beginning of flowering, after fruit setting and during the fruit expansion period
can increase the fruit setting rate, make the fruit grow faster and uniform in size, increase the fruit weight, increase the sugar content, reduce the acidity, improve the stress resistance, early maturity and increase the yield.

KT-30 (forchlorfenuron)
Spraying 5mg/L of KT-30 (forchlorfenuron) during the flowering period can increase the fruit setting rate, expand the fruit, and increase the yield by about 50%.

5. Promote cherry ripening and improve fruit hardness
Ethephon
Dip sweet cherries with 300mg/L Ethephon solution and sour cherries with 200mg/L Ethephon solution 2 weeks before harvest to promote concentrated fruit ripening.

Daminozide
Spraying sweet cherry fruits with 2000mg/L Daminozide solution 2 weeks after full bloom can accelerate ripening and improve uniformity.

Gibberellic Acid GA3
In terms of improving cherry fruit hardness, generally 23 days before harvest, dip sweet cherry fruits with 20mg/L Gibberellic Acid GA3 solution to improve fruit hardness. Before sweet cherries are harvested, dip the fruits with 20mg/L Gibberellic Acid GA3+3.8% calcium chloride to greatly improve fruit hardness.

6. Prevent cherry cracking

Gibberellic Acid GA3
Spraying 5~10mg/L Gibberellic Acid GA3 solution once 20d before harvest can significantly reduce sweet cherry fruit rot and peel cracking, and improve fruit commercial quality.

Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA)
25~30d before cherry harvest, dipping the fruits of sweet cherry varieties such as Naweng and Binku with 1mg/L Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) solution can reduce fruit cracking by 25%~30%.

Gibberellic Acid GA3+Calcium Chloride Starting from 3 weeks before cherry harvest, at intervals of 3~6d, spray the sweet cherries with a concentration of 12mg/L Gibberellic Acid GA3+3400mg/L calcium chloride aqueous solution continuously, which can significantly reduce fruit cracking.

7. Prevent cherry fruit from falling before harvest
Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA)
Spray 0.5%~1% Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) 1~2 times on new shoots and fruit stalks 20~10 days before harvest to effectively prevent fruit from falling before harvest.

Maleic hydrazide
Spraying a mixture of 500~3000mg/L maleic hydrazide + 300mg/L Ethephon on cherry trees in autumn can improve the maturity and lignification of new shoots and improve the cold resistance of flower buds.

9. Regulation of sweet cherry dormancy
6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA), Gibberellic Acid GA3
Treatment with 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA) and Gibberellic Acid GA3 100mg/L had no significant effect on the germination rate in the early stage of natural dormancy, but broke the dormancy in the middle stage, making the germination rate exceed 50%, and the effect in the later stage was similar to that in the middle stage; ABA treatment slightly reduced the germination rate during the entire natural dormancy period and inhibited the release of dormancy.
