Auxins:

Ethephon:
Ethephon is a substance that can release ethylene and is in liquid form. In case of dilution or pH greater than 4, decomposition releases ethylene. Spray or dip the bananas in the prepared solution, dry them naturally after treatment, and generally store them for 3 to 4 days before they mature. Ethylene is used to remove astringency from persimmons. Add 0.2% spreading agent to 250-500 mg/kg Ethephon solution and spray or soak the fruit.
