When use on wheat, plant growth regulators can not only regulate the growth and development of wheat, but also have multiple effects such as controlling growth and promoting strength, enhancing stress resistance, increasing grain weight, increasing yield, and conducive to high quality and early ripen.

Methods for applying plant growth regulators to wheat:

1. Chlormequat Chloride
For wheat fields with large populations and vigorous growth, spraying 50-75 kg of 0.15-0.3% Chlormequat Chloride solution per acre at the early stage of jointing can effectively inhibit the elongation of internodes, make the plants dwarf, and make the stem base thick and hard, thereby preventing lodging;

2. Gibberellic acid
During the greening stage of wheat, spraying 40-50 kg of 10-50 ppm gibberellic acid solution per acre can reduce ineffective tillering in the later period and increase the ear-forming rate;  during the jointing stage of wheat, spraying 40-50 kg of 40 ppm gibberellic acid solution per acre can increase the number of grains per ear and improve a thousand grains weight.

3. Uniconazole
Uniconazole is a new type of highly efficient plant growth regulator, its biological activity is 6 to 10 times higher than Paclo. When apply to wheat, it can prevent plant lodging under high-density, high-fertilizer-water conditions, reduce infertile spikelets, and increase thousand-grain weight.  When not expose to wind or lodging, wheat treate with Uniconazole has an average yield increase 15.4%. Application method: Within one week before wheat jointing, spray 50 kg of 30~40ppm Uniconazole solution per acre.
